Ex President Estrada File COC as President

Ex President Joseph " Erap " Ejercito Estrada has filed the certificate of candidacy yesterday. With his Vice President Mayor Jejomar Binay.
He commented that President Arroyo is not capable of running in any other office in the government as mandated by the Law. But will Erap Estrada regain his charm from the people ? Will he still get the big votes that he have before.
Joseph Ejercito estrada has been ousted in Malacanang by the people during EDSA 3. but we cannot deny the fact that there are still lots of people who believes Erap Estrada. but definitely I am not one of them :)
