Lucy Torres-Gomez Will Replace Richard Gomez in a congregational race as LP Congress Woman representative in Leyte, This happen after Actor Richard Gomez has a disqualification case given by Buenaventura Juntilla a former Barngay Captain due to non bonifide resident of Richard at Leyte.

Lucy Torres won the congressional seat for Ormoc City after she substituted for Richard Gomez--the original but disqualified candidate. My question is, didn't the substitution violate election laws when Torres continued to appear on television from the start of the campaign season up until the time she was assigned as substitute for her husband Gomez less than a month before May 10?
