Martial Law Declared in Maguindanao

The election related caes that kills about 57 people in Maguindanao leads the government to declare Martial Law in Maguindanao, The police have made a Joint General Norms of Conduct of Police and Military Officers in the Field, I am very young when Ferdinand Marcos declared Martial Law in Philippines and I cannot remember any experience about it. My parents and Grand Parents told us that living under Martial Law is really hard. Curfew is being implemented, There are Military arrest everywhere.. etc. So I just hope that the military will not abused their power in implementing the Martial Law in Maguindanao.
