Philippine Overseas Voters ( OAV ) Could Still Vote

If you don't know, OAV voter are included in the last day of election, so if you are an absentee voters and until now you have not yet voted, you still have the chance to vote today. Just be careful since for sure lots of people is now rushing to vote.
