it is now approved by the comelec en banc that the time to close the election is up to 7pm. and if you are 30 meters away from the voting precints, you may able to vote.
Yes the official time opening and closing of the polling precincts at the day of the Elections here in the Philippines this 2010 is 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM., BUT in my own observation today of what has been happening today the polling precincts would extend its closing time because there are still voters who weren't able to vote...
i am looking for a site that gives on-time election results. it's past 6pm. i hope i can find one with live streaming soon.

I just wonder why millions are still voting for Estrada who was convicted and just pardoned for corruption. Are they not worried that ERAP will again rob them of their money. It’s okay to pardon and forgive but for this position, I would rather give opportunity to a more respected individual (lesser evil). Are Filipinos that stupid?
